libcluttergesture-dev software package provides Open GL based interactive canvas library Gesture framework (dev. files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcluttergesture-dev
libcluttergesture-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcluttergesture-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcluttergesture-dev *
You will get with libcluttergesture-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
